Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted Makeup Junkie Bag, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific bag you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and securely package your item in its original mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement bag within 5-7 business days.
